AnimeFlare respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. AnimeFlare does not host, upload, or store any video files. All media is embedded from third-party providers. Because of this, takedown requests for the actual video files should be directed to the hosting provider. We will, however, promptly remove links or embeds from our index upon a valid notice.
Filing a takedown notice
To request removal of allegedly infringing material, please send a notice that includes the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on AnimeFlare where the material is located.
- Your contact information (name, email, and address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
